Terms of Service

Last updated: May 13, 2026

The agreement

These Terms are a contract between you (the contractor using SiteStamp) and SiteStamp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. If you’re using SiteStamp on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

What SiteStamp does

SiteStamp is a web application that lets residential remodeling contractors capture jobsite change orders with photos and descriptions, request optional AI-generated pricing suggestions, and send change orders to homeowners for digital approval. Crew members and homeowners interact through tokenized links and do not have their own accounts.

The service is provided as-is. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We’ll give reasonable notice before removing anything you’re actively relying on.

Your account

You’re responsible for the security of your account: keeping your password private, using a strong unique password, and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including links you generate and send to crew or homeowners.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact and billing information up to date. One person or company per account. Sharing logins across multiple businesses is not permitted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use SiteStamp for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
  • Upload content you don’t have the right to upload, or that violates someone’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
  • Send SMS messages through SiteStamp to people who haven’t consented to receive them. By using the SMS features you confirm that the homeowners and crew you contact have agreed to be messaged about the project.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or with other users.
  • Use the AI pricing feature in a way that misleads homeowners. The AI suggestion is a starting point. You, the contractor, are the source of truth on price.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Payment

SiteStamp is $49 per month per contractor account, billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and we don’t prorate partial months. We’ll send a receipt for each successful charge.

If a payment fails, we’ll mark your account past due and give you a chance to update your payment method. We may suspend access to paid features if payment isn’t resolved.

We may change pricing in the future. If we do, we’ll notify you at least 30 days before the change applies to your account.

Your data and content

You own the data and content you put into SiteStamp — projects, photos, descriptions, prices, signatures, and so on. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service. We don’t claim ownership of your business data and we don’t sell it.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The legal record

Approved change orders include a timestamp and digital signature. We do our best to store these reliably so they can serve as a record between you and the homeowner. SiteStamp itself is not a party to the contract between you and the homeowner, and we don’t guarantee any particular legal outcome — the enforceability of a digital change order can depend on local law and the specifics of your written agreements with the homeowner. Consult an attorney for legal advice.

Disclaimers

SiteStamp is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI pricing suggestions are estimates produced by a third-party model and may be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and setting the final price.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SiteStamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify SiteStamp against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of someone else’s rights.

Termination

You can stop using SiteStamp and cancel at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms others or the platform. On termination, your right to use SiteStamp ends; the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

Dispute resolution

We’d rather solve problems by talking. Before filing any formal action, please email russelljbundy@gmail.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that isn’t resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top and notify active customers by email. Continued use of SiteStamp after the update means you accept the new Terms.
